We are Canada’s largest outdoor art fair since 1961. Every July, Toronto Outdoor Art Fair takes over Nathan Phillips Square in the heart of downtown Toronto – rain or shine!
400+ emerging and established visual artists, including painters, photographers, sculptors and artists working in ceramics, textiles, jewellery and installation showcase their work to 150,000 art lovers and collectors.
TOAF is a charitable nonprofit organization. Our work is made possible by contributions from generous donors, government grants, foundations, private businesses and corporate sponsors.
The Fair is a multi-faceted event with something for everyone: talks, tours, digital studio visits, Instagram live chats, curated collections, kids workshops, live painting, dance, music and art installations. TOAF.ca is also a dynamic discovery and e-commerce platform for artists from across Canada. Collectively our visitors spend over 2 million dollars on buying art during the Fair and even more after.
We believe art should be available and accessible to everyone from all walks of life. Engaging directly and speaking face-to-face with an artist about their work is one of the greatest pleasures of creating a personal connection to the arts.
