64th Toronto Outdoor Art Fair

July 11 – 13, 2025

FLUX – In and Out of Focus

FLUX – In and Out of Focus presents artists that are exploring lens-based or lens-influenced practices. These works explore the intersections of personal and cultural histories, examining the traces they leave on both the land and the body. Through landscape, movement studies, fragmented collage, and ephemeral, dreamlike abstractions, the collection offers poignant and compelling reflections on our present moment.

Liz Ikiriko is a Tkaronto/Toronto-based artist and curator. She is the Curator at Gallery TPW and co-founder alongside Toleen Touq, of wave~form~projects, a collective that studies intimate and relational curatorial practice. From a foundation in lens-based practice, she considers the history and current impact of visual culture on our psyche. As a lifelong learner and through engaged research she creates embodied experiences to support moments of presence and connection for and with her communities. She has previously held curatorial positions at the Art Museum, University of Toronto, the Art Gallery of York University and was a member of the curatorial committee of the 13th Edition of Bamako Encounters African Biennial of Photography in Mali.
